- For Breakfast

- For Lunch

- For Dinner
You need to drink a glass of water before the dinner and one cup of tea after the dinner.
For dinner you can eat meal meat or 150 grams of hake(fish) /100 grams of chicken / 1 boiled egg in combination with fruits and vegetables.
